Three terrific kits, a terrific template, and a freebie just in time for Halloween!

Can you believe that October is almost over? And, that means it's almost Halloween! Halloween can be such a fun - and spooky - holiday, and many people say it's their favorite because of all of the decorating options. And, all of the candy is definitely not a problem either!

First up are two terrific kits from MHK Scraps's. They are additions to her A Year in Pictures collection. Flavors of Fall is just perfect to scrap that recent trip to the apple orchard and any other fun outdoorsy fall pictures you might have laying around.

Here's what I did with it using a Scrappy Creations by Melanie's Splendiferous template.

Beat the Heat is terrific for that trip to the beach you took this summer or any other fun way you spent cooling off!

I used this one with Scrappy Creations by Melanie's new template, Double Take. I ADORE Melanie's templates because they are so easy to use and versatile.

Last up is October Dawn Designs's new release this week - Boo To You. It was inspired by Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom. If you've never been to the party, it highlights the fun (and not scary) side of Halloween. Bright colors are everywhere and there's plenty of candy for everyone! But, this kit is easily perfect for all of your not-so-spooky Halloween memories!

And, I think my favorite part is her Trick-or-Treat Add-On. It has the CUTEST babies and "big" kids all ready to go out trick-or-treating along with some great jack-o-lanterns and fun candy pieces.

I was thrilled to be asked to join Amanda's creative team at MHK Scraps. Amanda does beautiful work, and I'm delighted to be part of such a talented group!

On to the new releases, first up this week is MHK Scraps' WELCOME SPRING. Amanda has created this darling kit for you to scrap all those beautiful rainy day Spring pictures.
